Born in Uruguay, raised in Argentina, currently living in Miami. Globetrotter, entrepreneur, creative with big dreams. In 1997 I created the first 24hs delivery “D24 delivery” in Buenos Aires. Implementing my degree in Marketing and business administration from the University of Palermo, Argentina. Loved the idea of getting customers whatever they want, where ever they were, 24hs. HAD A LOT OF FUN for almost 13 years.
With a title of General Contractor back in 2001, I began to manage my own real estate ventures. I’m driven by success and passionate for looking opportunities, restoring and selling projects. In 2009 I closed the delivery and went to work to Carilo, (Buenos Aires, Argentina) for the first development of three Condo Hotels of Samba development group (Sea Breeze, Sea Point and Sea View).
In 2013 LOVE and “the corralito” brought me to Miami, as a real estate agent, I continue to develop my passion. America opened its doors to the me and I want to share it with you. CRISES brings GREAT OPPORTUNITIES; you have to just open your eyes and have the mindset to see them.

Soy Veronica Cohen Moix, nacida en Uruguay, criada en Argentina, actualmente viviendo en Miami. En Buenos Aires fui la creadora de D24 delivery, el primer delivery 24hs. Implementando mis estudios de Licenciatura en Marketing y Administracion de Empresas de la Universidad de Palermo. Trotamundo, emprendedora y soniadora.
Con un titulo de Maestra mayor de Obras en el 2001, empece a manejar mis propios emprendimientos inmobiliarios. Amo buscar oportunidades, restaurar y vender los proyectos que desarrollo. En el 2009 cerre el delivery y me fui a trabajar a Carilo, para el primer desarrollo de tres Condo Hoteles de Samba development group (Sea Breeze, Sea Point y Sea View).
Hace 7 anios el amor y el corralito me trajeron a Miami, graduada de agente inmobiliario, sigo desarrollando mi pasion a mayor escala. Estados Unidos me abrio sus puertas al mundo de la oportunidad y lo quiero compartir con ustedes para que juntos podamos lograr vivir mejor. Para mi todas las crisis traen GRANDES OPORTUNIDADES, el tema es estar atentos y verlo.
